Job Title:Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Workday HRIS Analystto join our client in Phoenixville, PAand serve as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality across multiple HR modules. This role will focus on advanced system configuration, process optimization, and security management to ensure seamless HR operations. The analyst will lead system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and compliance. This is a direct hire, onsite positionworking standard business hours.

Compensation:
Up to $115,000 annually + $7,500 bonus and stock options

Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst:

• Act as a Workday SME for core modules such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Security
• Gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and execute system testing for enhancements and upgrades
• Perform advanced configurations including business processes, eligibility rules, calculated fields, templates, and plan setups
• Manage security roles and user access while ensuring compliance and data privacy
• Lead HRIS-related projects, including implementations, change management, and training material development
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain system functionality across HR processes

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst:

• Extensive experience with Workday configuration and administration across multiple modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver effective system solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
