Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician Opportunities in Santa Fe, NM

Outpatient Only | 4 Day Workweek | Visa Eligible

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient clinic based schedule with optional inpatient and urgent care shifts available for additional income
• 4- day workweek with dedicated admin time weekly, 15-19 PPD
• Physician lead group- work with an experienced team of physicians in a supportive and collaborative setting.
• Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents, and J1/H1b visa eligible (greencard sponsorship provided), Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Financials and Benefits

• $350,000 starting salary with $390K+ earning potential
• Full benefits package + 403(b) with match, 7 weeks PTO, CME allowance + full license/DEA/CSR fee coverage
• $30,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance. Residency stipend available to 2026 and 2027 graduates. Full-time and Part-time Physician Openings.
