Document Specialist - Legal

At Work Conroe is seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist with legal document experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting critical legal documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform data entry of legal information into document management systems
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure document accuracy and compliance
• Organize, file, and maintain electronic legal documents
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat for PDF creation, editing, and management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely document processing
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with legal documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong experience with document management systems
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy rate
• Strong attention to detail and quality control abilities
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
