Turning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint) is seeking a Telecom Analyst to join our dynamic team! This position is contingent upon program award.
As a Telecom Analyst, you will support federal government clients in telecom data collection, carrier services, agency communication requirements including voice and data, order processing, inventory management, invoice reconciliation, billing audits, and contract transitions. Your role will involve analyzing telecom inventory, billing, service orders, and audits while coordinating with telecom carriers using the NiOS system. You will also develop reports on pricing, cost management, service, inventory, project status, and intra?agency billing using TurningPoints Telecom Lifecycle and Expense Management Solution, NiOS.
This position spans all telecom aspects, including wireline, wireless, satellite, equipment, licenses, security, cloud infrastructure services, and professional services. Proficiency in wireline and wireless technologies is preferred, and experience in federal telecom and contracting is key to quickly adding value in this role.
Location : TurningPoint headquarters in Rockville, MD with hybrid option.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. This range is a general guideline only as compensation decisions are based on relevant experience and qualifications.
