Responsibilities:
• Process physical checks accurately and ensure proper documentation for record-keeping.
• Perform timely data entry of payment details into electronic systems.
• Verify and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly transaction processing goals.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and document organization as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to address payment discrepancies or issues.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with accounts payable tasks, including coding invoices and check runs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused setting.
