Role Overview

PwCs Financial Markets Business Advisory team seeks a Director. The Director advises clients on complex financial structures and securitizations, sets strategic direction, leads business development, shapes client engagements, mentors future leaders, and promotes a collaborative environment that leverages technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on complex financial structures and securitizations.
  • Leading business development initiatives to drive growth.

  • Overseeing multiple projects to confirm successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience.
  • One or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License, Level3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Masters degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, RealEstate Finance or Hospitality A State Appraiser License, Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), or certification of CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, or PMP.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, RealEstate, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience advising clients on complex financial structures.
  • Ability to perform valuation analysis of financial instruments.
  • Assessing soundness of valuations and financial models.
  • Creating and reviewing independent financial models.
  • Researching and analyzing client, industry, and financial matters.
  • Developing and utilizing complex financial models.
  • Utilizing industry software such as INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg.
  • Applying accounting treatments of financial products.
  • Communicating effectively in a professional services environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $134,000 $410,000, plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more. Learn more about our benefits at
