LIVE IN - you will live WITH the client for an extended period of time - Female. Glen Allen. Hospice. Dementia. Walks with rollator - stand by assist - monitor for safety. Work to gain trust due to not trusting new people. Hospice bathes client once a week. Wears depends for protection -bathroom reminders. Prepare meal/snack. Medication reminders. Light housekeeping. Provide companionship. Do not leave alone. Lives with husband - he is currently in hospital.
