Work to gain trust due to not trusting new people. Hospice bathes client once a week. Wears depends for protection -bathroom reminders. Prepare meal/snack. Medication reminders. Light housekeeping. Provide companionship. Do not leave alone. Lives with husband - he is currently in hospital.
