Bend Health's collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.We are looking for a Behavioral Health Coach passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. What you'll do:

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully.
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
• Maintain your appointment availability and close all clinical notes in a timely manner.
• Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. where you will have a private location to conduct sessions.
• Assist in completing comprehensive behavioral assessments, Provide evidence-based coaching interventions, utilizing foundations of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methods from Bend's model and curriculum.

Who you are:

• ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed)
• Strong preference for mental health background
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic environment
• Warm and engaging coaching style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals

• Coaching Competence: Proficiency in evidence-based coaching interventions and techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and the treatment team.
• Empathy and Compassion: Ability to connect with and support children and adolescents experiencing behavioral health challenges.
• Cultural Competence: Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and respond to changing circumstances.
• Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions.
