Workday Financials Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA – Onsite 3 days/week Type: Direct Hire – Full Time Notes: Local candidates only. Long‑term project with growth potential. Overview Seeking a Workday Financials Analyst to support a large‑scale Workday Financials implementation, focusing on configuration, process optimization, and reporting to enable efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement Workday Financials modules. Collaborate with finance and technical teams to define requirements and solutions. Support testing, deployment, and enhancements. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for actionable insights. Recommend process improvements and ensure system governance. Ensure smooth integration and data integrity across systems. Required Qualifications 5+ years hands‑on Workday Financials implementation experience. Strong understanding of configuration, business processes, and reporting tools. Experience with process controls and system governance. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience across multiple Workday modules (P2P, Expenses, Projects, etc.). Understanding of financial operations and accounting workflows. Prior experience on large Workday implementations. Desired Skills and Experience Additional skills such as cross‑functional collaboration, continuous improvement practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment will be viewed favorably.
