Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UX Designer with strong analytical capabilities to join our team. You will be responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing user experiences across web applications for one of our major implementations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product owners, UI designers, and developersto create intuitive, accessible, and user-centric solutions that align with both industry standards and customer-specific design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
Collaborate with UI designers, product owners, and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback.
Present design concepts and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and industry best practices.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in UX design for complex web applications.
Domain knowledge in P&C Insurance is mandatory.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX deliverables and design thinking.
Solid understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and usability heuristics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
