About the Role:

The Senior Frontline Consultant at Alpine Business Systems Inc, NJ01, plays a pivotal role in delivering expert guidance and strategic solutions to our clients, ensuring their operational and business challenges are effectively addressed. This position requires a deep understanding of client needs, enabling the consultant to design and implement tailored strategies that drive measurable improvements and foster long-term partnerships. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client objectives and industry best practices. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the continuous enhancement of consulting methodologies. Ultimately, the Senior Frontline Consultant is responsible for elevating client satisfaction and supporting the company’s growth through exceptional service delivery and thought leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role with direct client engagement.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and business metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • MSP Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the technology or business systems industry.
  • CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional; SonicWALL SNSP and Azure certifications 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing consulting teams or projects.
  • : Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, networking protocols (DNS, DHCP), virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), Azure
