Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000+ annually (based on experience)

Due to an internal promotion, we are urgently hiring a  Senior Estimator with insurance restoration experience to join our team.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled  Insurance Restoration Estimator with strong experience in  Xactimate and  property loss assessment . You'll handle field inspections, develop accurate estimates for insurance claims, and collaborate closely with adjusters, project managers, and coordinators.

This position requires someone with 5+ years of estimating experience , a deep understanding of insurance claims, and the ability to manage estimates for  residential and commercial losses .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and document property damage
• Create detailed estimates using  Xactimate
• Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and adjusters to align on scopes of work
• Assist in budgeting, change orders, and project planning
• Maintain organized, timely documentation and estimate submissions
• Navigate insurance claim processes with accuracy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the  insurance restoration industry
• Proficiency in  Xactimate (certifications a plus, not required)
• Understanding of  residential and commercial construction
• Experience with  DASH software (preferred)
• Background in adjusting or experience working with adjusters
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to commute daily to our RI office for the first 6 months - with potential to move to a remote set up if preferred following that ramp up period
• Resides in  RI, Eastern CT, or Southeastern MA
