Job Description

The Security Manager assures that all phases of security are adequate throughout the facility and reporting of such to the Assistant General Manager of Non-Gaming and Operations on a regular basis. This is a full management position and will be responsible for staffing, budgeting, leading, controlling and developing the department in coordination with The Point Casino and the corporate team. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS GAMING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Required to provide proof of valid Washington State driver's license.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Degree in criminal justice or closely related field preferred.
3. Minimum five (5) years' experience in security/law enforcement management or a combination which includes three (3) years of management experience.
4. Must be able to effectively communicate with peers, co-workers, and customers and outside contacts.
5. Must have a thorough understanding of state, civil, and criminal laws.
6. Must possess knowledge of gaming regulations; understand and identify cheating techniques in gaming.
7. Basic knowledge of PC's and spreadsheet software required.
8. Must be available to work any and all shifts including split shifts, days off, weekends and holidays.
9. Class III gaming license issued by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission.
