Pay: $55,000–$80,000/year

Description:

The General Manager will lead the coordination and planning of everyday business operations. The General Manager is a team builder and helps provide support and direction to ensure the operations of the business run smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in alignment with the company’s business plan
• Train, coach, and develop managers and team members using the DHC Training Program
• Create and manage schedules; monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance
• Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met daily
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and operational controls
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues according to company policy
• Complete required administrative tasks, checklists, and operational walks consistently
• Drive team productivity, morale, sales growth, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience
• Certified in all stations per the DHC Training Program
• Current ServSafe Certification
• At least 21 years old; fluent in English
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
