🩺 What You’ll Do

Exemplary Practice & Outcomes

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care using evidence-based practice
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure safe, high-quality infusion care with accurate documentation and follow-up

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively across disciplines and ensure seamless care coordination
• Support a respectful, inclusive environment that values diversity
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities

Professional Development & Initiative

• Maintain required competencies and mandatory education
• Mentor and precept new nurses or students to promote a healthy, growth-oriented workplace

Evidence-Based Practice & Research

• Promote clinical excellence through data-driven care and adherence to best practices
• Participate in research, audits, and evaluation of patient care processes

Resources & Support

• Collaborate in developing care protocols and procedures for improved patient outcomes
• Support efficient and effective use of clinical resources and materials

🎓 Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

• Current Georgia RN License (Single-State or Multi-State Compact)
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA Required)
• PALS Certification preferred

Experience & Skills:

• Previous Infusion or IV Therapy experience preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment and IV insertion skills
• Strong critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills
