Job Description
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Hospice team for the Night Shift. This role focuses on delivering high-quality end-of-life care, symptom management, and family support in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients during night hours.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage symptoms effectively.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
• Offer emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospice policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license (or eligibility).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice/palliative care preferred.
• BLS required.
• Strong clinical judgment, compassionate approach, and excellent communication skills.
