Fox Motors has a Quick Lube Advisor opening in Grand Rapids, MI at Fox Nissan. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Quick Lube Advisor is a trusted automotive expert that plays an active role in the quick service lane(s). As a Quick Lube Advisor, you are responsible for greeting customers, determining needs for vehicle, preparing, and presenting repair orders, and maintaining customer records. Fox Motors is looking for a Quick Lube Advisor that has automotive knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, and is team focused. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Writes up repair order after referring to service history and vehicle inspection.
• Establishes "promised time" for completed work.
• Reviews work completed with customer and obtains signature.
• Processes payment for work.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Oil Change Technician.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license.
