Job Type – On-Site Residential Property Manager Part Time

Job Description

Fred Leeds Property Management owns and operates apartments across several states. Our corporate office is located in Los Angeles, CA.

We are looking for experienced Property Managers to join our fast-growing team. The primary focus will be on day-to-day operations as a Property Manager for a portfolio of several properties. You’ll be required to live onsite and have your own reliable transportation with Car Insurance.

Requirements:

· Past Onsite property management experience.

. Excellent customer service.

· Strong ability to work independently.

· Ability to research, be PROACTIVE and problem solve

. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail.

-Skilled in navigating basic cell phone applications for timekeeping, email correspondence, document scanning, etc

- Work weekends when necessary for Open House. (having Wednesday and Thursdays off in lieu of Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with residents for a multi-unit property.
• Rent collection.
• Provide notices to tenants as needed.
• Schedule and inspect maintenance requests as needed.
• Oversee and maintain vendor relationships and coordinate vendor services with tenants.
• Familiarity with facilities operations.
• Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by management.
• CLEAN and MAINTAIN the common areas of the properties on a daily basis.
• Requirement: Work weekends when necessary for Open House (when there are vacant units)
