Responsibilities Collecting rents Making deposits Showing units Handling maintenance requests and creating work orders in the property management software Handling tenant notices Weekly and monthly reports Tenant file updates and compliance Employment Type: Full Time Qualifications Experience with HUD/Tax Credit properties and the ability to adhere to the specific government guidelines Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act Proficient with property management software RealPage/One-Site Heavy paperwork and use of computer for most tasks Minimum two years of related multi-family property management experience (50 units or more) preferred Positive and professional attitude Good communication and written skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task Able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for resident service Possible opportunity to live on site Salary and Benefits Salary plus benefits.
