We are seeking a reliable and motivated On-Site Manager to oversee our 70 residential units in the Los Angeles area . The Company provides the employee with: 

• Free on-site apartment 

• Salary: $900 – $1,300 biweekly, depending on experience and property needs

• Annual Holiday Bonus

• Industry-related education and training opportunities

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, pre-leasing, tenant relations, and staff coordination .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease and pre-lease available units
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Tenant online service request
• Working with maintenance team ensuring service request/orders completed
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and employees
• Oversee daily operations and ensure property standards are met
• Maintain accurate administrative and financial records

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or management experience in a related field
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Email and online communication savvy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
