Provides antepartum, post-partum, family-planning and well-woman gynecological care independently and with consultation to low, moderate and high-risk adolescent and adult women based on scope of practice and established guidelines. This care is guided by practice protocols and standards established under the direction of the Medical Director and Clinical Vice President of Women’s Services. Functions in collaborative relationships with consulting physicians as clinically indicated. Participates in the daily functions and staff rotations as directed by the Medical Director. Follows all organizational, regulatory and human resource policies and procedures as established by Legacy Health System. Practice includes full participation in outpatient care.
