Medical Screener Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Screener. You will assist in collecting high‑quality plasma, ensuring donor safety, performing phlebotomy, and supporting daily center operations under the Plasma Center Manager. About the Role Every day you will screen donors, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. You will also identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help maintain a safe, efficient environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety. Screen new and repeat donors; take and record vital signs and finger‑stick results. Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center procedures. Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 32 lbs; occasionally 50 lbs. One or more years of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role. Strong fine‑motor coordination, depth perception, and auditory ability. Capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
