*Litigation Attorney*

The Litigation Attorney will possess the ability to direct outside counsel in litigation matters and drive the litigation process. The Litigation Specialist must: maintain organized litigation files, perform auditing duties, demonstrate understanding and knowledge of litigation process and insurance coverage, provide timely support to facilities with various matters, assemble documents for discovery, maintain expert status on assigned cases, learn and integrate new information quickly, and complete other duties as assigned in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

*Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements*

* Qualified candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited college or university and be licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee.
* 0 - 4 years of experience in litigation and/or the long-term care industry is preferred.
* Must be organized, confidential and be able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Must demonstrate proficiency with general office software (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and have a desire to work in the health care field.
