Overview

Lula’s Garden is seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Graphic Designer to join our expanding team here in Inglewood CA at our e-commerce driven succulent company in the gifting business! As an integral member of our design team, you will contribute compelling digital and print material to a variety of stimulating projects within our thriving e-commerce platform and corporate sales business. We are passionate about exceptional design and are seeking an individual with a discerning eye, a flair for creativity, and a dedication to delivering outstanding results.

What You’ll Do

• Create visually compelling graphics for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and all digital marketing platforms
• Take ownership of all design projects from ideation, conception to final completion, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels
• Collaborate closely with our team to develop brand-aligned design assets that support our business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Assist in executing design requirements across multiple platforms, including print and digital mediums such as digital mock-ups, emails, and social media.
• Operate and maintain in-house commercial printer, ensuring setup and preparation for optimal performance.
• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of professional experience in media and print graphic design, coupled with a relevant design and/or marketing degree.
• Holds a strong portfolio showcasing your designs and creative ability in multiple facets.
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva
• Experience creating content for various social media platforms
• Mailchimp Experience Huge plus!
• Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout design
• High attention to detail with exceptional organization skills; who thrives on tackling multiple projects simultaneously and continuously meeting deadlines
• Strong team player with effective communication skills and a positive attitude who views no task as too big or small!
• Stock Photography skills preferred
• UV printer operation experience huge plus!
