Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Job description:

We are an award-winning design firm—Best of Vail winner for Interior Design, 4 years in a row—seeking a motivated and passionate Interior Designer to join our growing team. The right candidate will not only bring strong design skills and experience but also a great attitude, sense of humor, and positive energy to our collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 3–5 years of professional design experience
• Degree in Interior Design (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
• Maintains knowledge of current industry trends in finishes, furnishings, lighting, and related products across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Demonstrates strong capabilities in managing and overseeing projects from initial concept through final installation
• Focuses on interior design deliverables while providing accurate information to place and track orders
• Collaborates with project coordinators to ensure smooth execution and follow-through on all projects
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials
• Prefer proficiency in 3D Modeling, Rhino preferred
• Knowledge of Design Manager software is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
