What You’ll Do:
Handle all phases of IP disputes, including research, drafting, and strategy development
Advise clients on patent, copyright, and trade secret issues
Support litigation and dispute resolution processes in state and federal courts
What We’re Looking For:
1–5 years of large law firm experience (only)
Background in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience preferred
