Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Apply industry best practices to investigate, evaluate, and resolve insurance claims related to property, casualty, and related losses.
- Review claim documentation, complete loss analysis, and determine claim amounts and settlement recommendations.
- Communicate claim status and settlement offers to policyholders and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem?solving skills.
- Must be licensed as a Claims Adjuster and have experience handling 100+ claims or be willing to complete training.
