Job Description
Local McKinney company is looking for a Maintenance Technician with HVAC knowledge. This role supports electrical, mechanical and general facility operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment!
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC
Repair motors, belts, outlets, bearings, pumps, fans switches, electrical panels, etc
Preventative maintenance
Complete work orders and maintain logs properly
Assist with installations and relocations
Follow all safety, lock out and osha procedures.
Required:
Electrical systems (120V, 208V, 480V)
HVAC and building ventilation
Compressed air systems
Water and drainage systems
Doors, locks, material handling equipment
Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
Read schematics and manuals
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM- 4:30PM
