Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development, implementation, and interpretation of Human Resource policies, practices and procedures
* Manage employee relations activities and communications, maintaining positive work environment
* Investigate and resolve employee complaints, providing coaching and facilitation as needed
* Assist with the creation, development and implementation of employee training programs to meet current and future business needs and maintain employee training records
* Maintain HRIS records
* Responsible for talent acquisition in line with budgeted expectations and organizational goals, tracking of applicant data, and reporting as needed
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred
* Must come from a HVAC, Mechanical or Construction background
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources within a manufacturing environment
* In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures as well as experience administering safety programs
* Proficiency in a HRIS system and MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented approach and ability to establish rapport and trust quickly
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* High level of confidentiality and integrity
