Duration: 6 Months | 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $20/ hr to $23/ hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “ HR Coordinator – Benefits & Leaves/ CSR ” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.

Job Description
The Customer Service II professional will support HR Program Administration related to Benefits and Leaves Operations for the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico . This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to employee benefits and leaves.
• Partner with external vendors to provide requested data and documentation.
• Audit payroll data associated with benefits and leave programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Quick learner who can independently identify resources, determine next steps, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
