Position: Help Desk/Help Support.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Help Desk/Help Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat and provide technical assistance to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor for resolution
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with the setup and installation of new hardware and software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to clients
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
