This team provides stormwater, wastewater, chemical hygiene, and drinking water consulting services, along with other engineering and geological environmental services across Michigan. The role involves preparing reports and manuals for various projects, supporting new program development, and assisting with ongoing programs. You will also develop skills to attract new projects and clients, and prepare budgets and proposals. Key Project Activities Wastewater Programs Chemical Hygiene Programs Hazard Communication Programs Industrial Stormwater Programs Spill Plan Development New Project Development Permit Development Specification Development Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing expert assessment and advisory services on environmental management issues. Performing environmental compliance assessments and implementing corrective actions. Preparing reports for companies, agencies, and government bodies. Meeting established deadlines. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Degree and experience requirements as specified. Knowledge of environmental regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team. Willingness to modify schedules and work outside normal hours as needed. Ability to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience in consulting. Certifications such as Class A/B UST Operator, OSHA HAZWOPER, Confined Space Entry, etc. Additional professional certifications.
