Why this role is unique This isn’t a maintenance job. It’s a hands‑on engineering position where you’ll help build a secure, automated, scalable Snowflake platform from the ground up. You’ll get exposure and training in areas such as: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) SSO & SCIM integration Network policies & security foundations Observability & platform reliability Modern data architecture patterns You don’t need to be a Snowflake expert already — the team will upskill you. What matters is curiosity, initiative, and a positive, proactive approach to learning. What you’ll work on Designing and engineering a best-in-class Snowflake environment Automating Snowflake operations and platform interactions Contributing to security, governance, and scaling strategies Working closely with architecture, platform, and data teams Helping shape how the entire organization leverages Snowflake for insight and innovation What we’re looking for A recent graduate or early-career engineer (1–3 years experience also welcome) Interest in data platforms, automation, or cloud engineering Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or cloud tools — or a willingness to learn Someone who enjoys problem-solving and thinks in systems A proactive, positive learner who wants to build real engineering capability Location & Setup Hybrid role — based in Bern Join a collaborative team investing in their people and technology Interested?
