The Role

• As the DevOps - Platform and Reliability Engineer , you will be responsible for the stability, performance, and scalability of the entire cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and administer a multi-account AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Oversee and maintain multiple EKS clusters, handling deployments with ArgoCD and Helm.
• Lead the efforts in logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability.
• Own and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines in close collaboration with developers.
• Support the development team with their infrastructure needs, acting as a true platform enabler.
• Occasionally, you will assist in building and delivering on-premises versions of the product for specific government clients.

The Essential Requirements

• Experience working within spacetech, or highly regulated industries such as government, finance, or healthcare.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status (for ITAR controlled projects)
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a Platform, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and packaging applications using Helm charts or ArgoCD .
• Proficiency with CI/CD, preferably GitLab.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python or Bash.
• Experience working with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus .
• Previous work in the space industry.
