Wage: $20.00/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Accurately entering customer order data from spreadsheets to ERP system
- Reviewing and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance within standards
- Identifying and communicating discrepancies promptly
- Following SOP’s and data entry guidelines
- Collaborating with customer success team to clarify details and resolve issues
- Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity

Requirements For Data Entry Clerk:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior data entry experience preferred; experience with ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and SOP’s independently
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing repetitive tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft excel and general data entry functions
- Ability to sit/stand for 8-10 hours; lifting 50 pounds regularly
