Corporate Social Responsibility Program Coordinator Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) • Contract Length: 2‑Month • Pay: $35.00/hr Job Overview Solugenix is recruiting for a Corporate Social Responsibility Program Coordinator at a prestigious investment management client. The role focuses on supporting the Sustainability & Social Responsibility (SSR) function, which is organized around three pillars: Capital Cares, Social Impact, and Environmental Stewardship. Key Responsibilities Administer Capital Cares programs: review and approve matching gift requests, support the Associate Involvement Grant Program, initiate grant request process, review grant applications, approve grant amounts and payments, manage Capital Cares email inbox, onboard new nonprofits, manage local Capital Cares Committees (scheduling meetings, preparing materials, circulating notes), support volunteering trips and data dashboards. Support Social Impact initiatives: research and deliver programs focused on youth, community leaders, small businesses, and financial advisors; manage grant‑making activities, process grant agreements, support local committee and DE&I engagement, project‑manage multi‑year nonprofit partnerships, support associate volunteering related to financial education curriculum. Support Environmental Stewardship: assist with annual sustainability reporting, greenhouse‑gas emissions data collection, and regulatory compliance related to corporate sustainability reporting. Other/Special Projects: create meeting materials for SSR governing committee meetings, assist SSR leadership, handle ad‑hoc projects, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Passion for community engagement through charitable giving, economic inclusion, and environmental sustainability. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across different business units. Ability to work independently on larger team projects while also collaborating closely with teammates. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience with nonprofits through volunteering or work experience and/or SSR programs is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $35.00/hr (California) – pay may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
