\nResponsible for preparing all food items according to prep sheets and standardized recipes with speed and consistency of quality.

\nJob Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
\nPreparing, cooking, plating, garnishing food, and following par sheets and recipes
\nMaintaining communication with expos, chefs and front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests
\nUsing safe food handling procedures
\nAssisting with training
\nMinimizing waste
\nEnsuring that all work areas remain clean and organized
\nEnsuring that all food products are stored properly
\nPerforming other duties as assigned
\nQualifications:
\nMust be at least 16 years of age or older
\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\nAverage to above knife skills
\nAbility to follow and troubleshoot recipes/menu items with little or no difficulty
\nAbility to efficiently set up and maintain workstation
\nAbility to demonstrate the outlet style of cuisine through food tasting and preparation
\nAbility to assist Chef with maintaining accurate inventory levels
\nAbility to handle average amounts of prep work and work 2-3 stations with little or no difficulty and minimal assistance
\nAbility to work with position, supportive attitude, skill, speed and cleanliness
\nAbility to exhibit proper food handling procedures in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations and adhere to all Servsafe guidelines.
\nJob Demands:
\nBased on operational need, (including days, evenings, weekends and holidays) the working schedule may include up to 40+ hours per week
\nFlexible schedule required, including days, evenings, split shifts, weekends and holidays
\nPhysical requirements include standing for long periods of time and ability to lift at least 40 pounds
\nMust be comfortable working in temperature variations
