About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join one of its portfolio businesses. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the company's transformation and scaling efforts, with a focus on both inorganic and organic growth. Responsibilities for the CFO include leading M&A integration, evolving FP&A capabilities, and collaborating with the CEO on budget development and long-term financial planning. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in professional services, particularly in a B2B mid-market environment. The ideal candidate will have a heavy FP&A orientation, with experience across finance, accounting, and operations, and a proven track record of success in a private equity setting. The CFO will be instrumental in driving the company's scale and must be prepared to honor its past while leading it into the future. A solid history of scaling businesses and a tenure of 15-20+ years in a progressive career are expected. The candidate should have a background as a top financial leader in a professional services company or as a divisional finance leader, with a preference for those with solid M&A integration experience. The role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy, and the CFO will be a key partner to the CEO in all financial matters. The position is based in the Eastern US, with flexibility for travel, and the company is an equal-opportunity employer.
