CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF POSITION
* Develop lesson plans and curricula based on student needs
* Provide conversational classes teaching pronunciation and important words and phrases
* Schedule and prepare students for oral and written examinations
* Monitor student progress through reports and grading assessments
* Attend meetings to ensure student success through stakeholder collaboration
* Utilize differentiated instructional methods to engage students in positive learning experiences


CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate in the content area of Spanish
* Proven written and verbal proficiency in Spanish
* Clearances on all required background checks
* Exceptional classroom management, organization, planning, instructional delivery, leadership, and technical skills
