What You’ll Do:
Deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and chat
Professionally respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Keep detailed and organized records of all interactions
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
Stable work history in customer service roles
Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to stay focused and on task
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
