Join a team that turns raw composites into precision parts. In this role, you’ll run a composite press, set it up for a range of jobs, verify quality, and keep output on target.

What you will do

• Operate and navigate a composite press, including complete machine set ups.
• Perform set up, inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, and end-to-end production of composite press parts.
• Follow set up sheets to execute both basic and complex configurations.
• Inspect parts using QC inspection equipment to ensure specifications are met.
• Produce at established rates with efficiencies at or above 100%.
• Set up and safely operate safety curtains; follow Safety Set Up Sheets for overall machine safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior composites experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
