Location: Preferred in St. Cloud, MN area (with flexibility for hybrid arrangement)
Type: Full-time

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple companies, including JB Lund Dock & Lift. This role will manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and work closely with external CPAs. You will help streamline systems, including NetSuite and QuickBooks, while supporting leadership with actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, credit card processing, and reconciliations
• Maintain and improve financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Collaborate with external CPAs for audits, tax planning, and advanced reporting
• Prepare financial statements and support management with forecasts and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls
• Supervise or coordinate with data-entry staff if applicable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple entities
• Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently

Compensation:
DOE (Depending on Experience)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
