Part-Time Virtual Bookkeeper – Small Family-Owned CPA Firm

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for flexible, year-round work with a close-knit, family-owned CPA firm? We’re seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Bookkeeper to join our team in a virtual, part-time capacity .

We are a small, family-owned CPA firm that has been around for over 30 years specializing in tax preparation and accounting services for individuals and small businesses. Our team values accuracy, integrity, and personalized client service.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and financial record maintenance for multiple clients
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
• Work within both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop environments
• Assist with light tax preparation , primarily data entry and document organization
• Collaborate with CPAs and clients as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop required
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices
• Previous experience working with CPA or tax firms preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
